Last weekend we went to Jisun’s farewell party. We wanted for a long time to have a korean party with girls and finaly it happened. But this time was different. Jisun is leaving in a couple of days so we asked Min Ji to cook for us.
I was there to record the cooking…actually I came at the end but…I had the change to make korean pancake.
If you are planning to cook this delicous recipe here it is in detail.
Ingredients:
2 ½ cup Korean pancake mix
2 ½ cups water
1 ¼ level tsp sea salt
6 spring onions – cut into 2-cm long
2 small carrots – peeled and julienned
Fresh scallops – random amount
Pinch of ajinomoto Put the mix in a bowl and add water. Cut the vegetables. Cut the spring onions and put them in the pancake mix. Fry the vegetables then mix them all together. After that heat up a pan with some sesame oil and cook the pancakes. I hope you will enjoy this. It is very tasty! Thank you Min ji!!! We will miss you Jisun!
